Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

  • Entry information will only be sent once the Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules have been electronically signed.
  • Self Check-in/Check-out available.

Policies and Rules

  • This home allows dogs, with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax for dogs.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
  • Starter set of paper products provided, including a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. Starter items are enough for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens will be provided.
  • Washer and dryer available.
  • Dishwasher, oven, toaster, and climate control available.
  • Free parking available.
  • High-speed internet provided.
  • We do not provide hair dryers.
